Important Guidelines
1. He/She will have to undergo a mandatory 14 day quarantine if applicable as per state guidelines.
2. The applicant should not be from a containment zone in his/her city/district.
3. You are requested to carry medical screening certificate with you. Without that you're not allowed to enter the state.
